The site

• Kiddos Treehouse runs this site. The name tool, the sibling matcher, the name pages and the shortlists are provided free and as they are.
• Name meanings are quoted from a public-domain reference published in 1884 and popularity figures come from public federal data. They are shown as records, not as advice, and we make no claim about what a name will mean for a child.

The Name Kit

• The kit is drawn in your browser for your personal use. Print it for your own family and friends; do not sell it or pass it off as your own product.
• Nothing in the kit is an official record, a registration or a certificate of anything.

Your email

• You give it to join our list for news about the book and new name pages, with no confirmation step. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and the privacy policy says what we keep.

The book

• The book shown on this site is a preview of work in progress. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell it, and no order, payment or delivery takes place here.

Liability

• The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.
